Houston Penthouse

During the spring semester of my Sophomore year, we were tasked with designing a penthouse in Houston. The project required us to merge two distinct design styles. I was assigned the challenge of integrating neoclassical and late modern styles. Additionally, we had to develop profiles for three clients and tailor the penthouse design to meet their needs. The Late Modern interior style, which emerged between the 1950s and 1970s, is known for its maximality approach and focus on functionality. Neoclassical interior design, on the other hand, is a refined and elegant style that emerged in the mid-18th century as a reaction to the ornate Rococo style.
